Douglas Murray is a Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) with over eight years of mineral exploration experience across Canada, the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, and Peru. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geological Sciences from the University of Manitoba and has extensive experience in grassroots exploration, geological mapping, drill program design, and working on early-stage projects across a variety of deposit types—including epithermal gold and silver, reduced intrusion-related gold systems (RIRGS), orogenic gold, volcanogenic massive sulfide and others.
During his time with Gold Group Management, he led field programs for multiple junior exploration companies, managing everything from regional targeting and permitting to drill supervision and data interpretation. Williams has worked across a wide range of deposit types, including porphyry, epithermal, orogenic gold, LCT pegmatites, and sediment-hosted copper systems. He has held senior and lead geology roles with both public and private exploration companies, contributing to target generation, drilling campaigns, and technical evaluations from grassroots through to advanced stages.
He brings strong expertise in geological modelling and data integration, with advanced proficiency in Leapfrog Geo/ Edge, ArcGIS, QGIS, ioGAS, and geochemical analysis.
Williams holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geological Engineering, a postgraduate diploma in Ore Deposit Exploration and Evaluation, and an M.Sc. in Geographic Information Science & Systems.

In Justin's most recent role, at Agnico Eagle's Meliadine Mine in Nunavut, he assumed responsibility for the strategic planning, management, and execution of both surface and underground exploration drilling efforts. This included evaluating and exploring satellite deposits, effectively extending the mine's operational lifespan.

Apart from her professional ventures, Serena is the Co-Director of the Wild North Dog Rescue, an animal advocacy group based in Gillam, MB that focuses on rescue efforts in remote northern communities.
