Kevin Norberg, a seasoned mining professional with nearly 20 years of experience in drilling and exploration, currently holds concurrent roles as President of Rodren Drilling and Owner of 518 Drilling. He has successfully managed exploration programs in challenging global environments and is well-versed in safety management systems, operational oversight, and continuous improvement practices.
Kevin is an active member of the Manitoba Prospector and Developers Association. Prior to his mining career, he gained valuable skills in agriculture, which have proven highly transferable to the mining and exploration industry. He also spent 15 years at Major Drilling, where he acquired comprehensive drilling expertise and oversaw Western Canadian operations.
Maura Kolb is a professional geologist with 15 years experience in mining and exploration in Northwestern Ontario. She brings a diverse background from grassroots exploration to bringing projects to commercial production. Maura Kolb is a professional geologist with 15 years experience in mining and exploration in Northwestern Ontario. She brings a diverse background from grassroots exploration to bringing projects to commercial production. Maura dedicated eight years to the Red Lake Camp, where she led geology and exploration efforts for prominent mining companies including Goldcorp, Newmont, Evolution, and Battle North, both regionally and at mine sites.
Maura brought multiple new discoveries from a handful of drill holes through studies and into the mine plan. Prior to working in Red Lake, Maura worked in consulting for junior mining companies focused on precious metals. Maura completed a Masters Thesis at Lakehead University, exploring structural controls of gold mineralization.
Serena graduated from University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences. Since then, she has gained invaluable industry experience as a project coordinator and administrator for the Central Canada Mineral Exploration Convention (CCMEC). She holds the position of Co-chair of Women in Mining Manitoba, participating in the committee since the re-introduction of the Winnipeg chapter in 2019. Apart from her professional ventures, Serena is the Co-Director of the Wild North Dog Rescue, an animal advocacy group based in Gillam, MB that focuses on rescue efforts in remote northern communities.

From grassroots exploration endeavours to advanced projects across various deposit styles and commodity types he has developed a passion for exploration and discovery. In Justin's most recent role, at Agnico Eagle's Meliadine Mine in Nunavut, he assumed responsibility for the strategic planning, management, and execution of both surface and underground exploration drilling efforts. This included evaluating and exploring satellite deposits, effectively extending the mine's operational lifespan.

As a valued member of the Critical Discoveries team, Nathan continues to demonstrate his passion for geology and dedication to uncovering significant findings in the field.
